You can’t return any subscription boxes, as each one is custom‑packed with mystery items and premium gifts. However, you can cancel your subscription, but only at specific points in the payment cycle.
You’re able to cancel after one box cycle is fully paid for, and before the next cycle begins. That means you can cancel:
After your 3rd payment (before the 4th)
After your 6th payment (before the 7th)
After your 9th payment (before the 10th)
After your 12th payment (before renewal)
